Every time I see Thor and Ironman together I am reminded of the fact that Tony helped clone Thor to further his registration agenda. Was this resolved after their confrontation or is this just a plot hole? Realistically if they didn't resolve it there should be tension there.

This is a missed opportunity to add depth to both characters.

Well, Thor put Tony in his place, and basically let him know that he would never fully trust Tony again.'

I think they just but it behind them and started fighting alongside each other again because the world had bigger problems than a quarrel between a mad scientist and a thunder god.

They hada couple of clashes over it under JMS and Fraction, and seem to have put it behind them.

@gravitypress: Well after the events of Siege, Tony kind of apologized to Thor for his actions that lead to their fallout (even though he had little to no cognitive memory of them).

@lanebad6: Iron Man did not dominate Thor in the Avengers movie, he just managed to get the last hit in before Captain America broke it up (afterwhich Thor swatted him like a fly). Prior to that every hit Iron Man landed was one-up'ed by Thor. And note, that was with all his powercells amped up at 400% capacity. And Iron Man's armor was wrecked and Thor didn't have a scratch on him.

That was a brilliant scene, loved it. About time Thor showed who was God.
