I know Ragnarök is the death of the Gods.

In the last series of Thor when Ragnarok occurred the entire Asgardian nation perished but did the inhabitants of the other Worlds died too? Or was it just the Asgardians?

"I haven't read the Ragnarok arc in a while, but I know that Volstagg was found in the ruins of Alfheim, so at least the elves were destroyed. It would stand to reason that other realms died too. But of course, the Marvel universe back on Midgard carried on as though nothing happened, so perhaps it was just selected realms that were hit."

This was your reply on the other post (i made a mistake while posting it). So to sum it up: in the wake of Ragnarok, the Asgardians were the only ones who where entirely wiped out *so to speak* and the other realms who were also hit hard more or less survived and lived on. Then Thor returned and well we know what happened next. At least it makes why the people of Alfheim are still alive while Asgard in on Midgard.
