Is Rune Thor = to Buddha?

Think about it. Rune Thor and Buddha both are combined with the universe, possesses nigh-omniscience, and is easily above beings like the Jade Emperor and Odin.

I don't think so.

Rune King Thor is much cooler than Buddha.

So is the Other, isn't he? I think Thor is stronger. Beyond Beyonder. But as the creator and ruler of all Asgard, shouldn't Odin technically be stronger than Rune Thor? Holding back maybe? Franklin was. But if Buddha has no desire, can't I like, take his power?
