    Thor Odinson is the All-father of Asgard /God of Thunder, offspring of All-Father Odin & Elder-Goddess Gaea. Combining the powers of both realms makes him an elder-god hybrid and a being of no perceivable limits. Armed with his enchanted Uru hammer Mjolnir which helps him to channel his godly energies. The mightiest and the most beloved warrior in all of Asgard, a staunch ally for good and one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse/omniverse. Thor is also a founding member of the Avengers.

    Hawkeye is going to have a cameo in the new Thor film!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I figured they would put in a cameo or two in preparation for the upcoming Avengers movie. That's not to say I'm not excited. I definitely am, I LOVE Jeremy Renner and really like Hawkeye.

    and in the Thor movie that wouldn't have occurred yet.
    They should put Hercules in it

    they probably picked him so the audience can get used to the character and what to expect from him in the Avengers Film and also to get people excited for the film as well...that's just a guess

    but from what i got from the trailer it looks like Thor isn't going to have Mjolnir until the last 10 minutes which is stupid

    If they make this movie as bad or worse than Iron Man 2 I am going to cut out the entrails of the script writer and producer and show it to them as I yell FOR ASGARD!!! 
     
    I     am trying to keep low expectations so I may enjoy it at the theater. One complaint besides Mjolnir is the accent and wording of Thors actor that I saw on video...

    They pretty much had to put Hawkeye in either the Thor movie or the Captain America movie so people would know who he is in the Avengers movie. I wasn't surprised by this at all, I was actually expecting it.

    the avengers as well as the marvel movie universe period take partial inspiration from the ultimate universe, hawkeye will probably be  shown during any of the times shield appears in the movie
