Yes, he has and when has it ever been PIS or CIS, there was nothing like that.

Yes.

I think a better question would be, has Magneto ever beaten Thor (without CIS/PIS)? I believe the answer to that one would be no.

One night in a quiet town 2 hours drive, south of Paris, in a bar that has no name... well that or no one can remember its name, or... its a French name thats too hard to translate to English, Thor beat Magneto metaphorically in a game of nude Connect Four.
