    Thor Odinson is the All-father of Asgard /God of Thunder, offspring of All-Father Odin & Elder-Goddess Gaea. Combining the powers of both realms makes him an elder-god hybrid and a being of no perceivable limits. Armed with his enchanted Uru hammer Mjolnir which helps him to channel his godly energies. The mightiest and the most beloved warrior in all of Asgard, a staunch ally for good and one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse/omniverse. Thor is also a founding member of the Avengers.

    Ok a have just read The mighty thor no 1 and fear itself 2. So myt question is what is hapening with it? Is the mighty thor supposed to be complty differnt than fear itself or will it evently go side by side with fear itself.

    @Z3RO180:  Completely different. The Mighty Thor is meant to be basically self contained and accessible for new readers with a nice shiny #1. Journey Into Mystery is tying in though.

    I'm not sure either. Journey into mystery seems to tie into Fear Itself though.

    Set in 616, so normal, mainstream Marvel! Its going to ignore what is going on in the rest of Marvel books for a little bit though.

    Mighty Thor actually takes place before Fear Itself in Marvel continuity.
