i personally believe he can based on just recent feats that have been impressive but what do you guys think

Given his history of massive strength, probably. Though I'm sure it would never happen without some sort of gigantic plot-device. Same logic applies for whichever big powerhouse. If it would ever appear on panel, it wouldn't be "benching" the Earth, but moving it.

I just assume all the characters with plot strength are all equal in strength. It's too hard to gauge that stuff because they all have super high end feats and super low end feats.

You're not going to find a more specific answer than "yes," really. And that goes for every powerhouse in both Marvel and DC. Two words. Plot-device.
