    Both stories in this issue are co-credited to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. It's pretty clear at this point that along with the layouts, the bulk of the 'writing' of Thor is actually being done by Jack Kirby, with Stan Lee and Vince Colletta doing the finishing in terms of script and ink respectively.  So, whether you'll like it is entirely dependent on whether you like Kirby's style or not - in writing and art.
