Ego, it gets in the way of good writing! 0
In this issue, Thor and a Colonist Recorder venture onto and within Ego the living planet, in what is reminiscent of some of the worst episodes of the Star Trek series. My biggest problem with this issue is that everyone seems to act out of character: Ego is an all-powerful god-entity, yet he seems to feel the need to impress Thor and a recording robot. Nice Jack kirby art and interesting story, a bit tarnished by a sudden and Deux ex Machina ending.The first appearance of Ego that could, and should have longed more issues.
