Knowing all histories classifications from all governments/ Pentagon/ White House/ Shield archives/ and all that?

If they already do know it, why would it matter? They don't intervene. They watch. Kind of in the name.

they won't intervene us for going/ looking into the watcher's systems to see our histories (classified) that weren't brought out to the people.
