    Awesome 2

    From start to finish a great read but I found my self longing for a better cliffhanger that brought me to the second volume in the first place. Great artwork and story line, interesting characters and locations. Overall greatness.  The plot towards the middle had left me with much anticipation and astonishment. Just I wish the cliffhanger was a bit better. 4.5/5...

     First Impressions:Volume 2 of Miles Behind Us (the Walking Dead) was surprising. It's been some time since I've read an Image Publications comic book with their oversexed women and barely disguised sexual innuendo and poor art.     The first thing I need to comment on so it is addressed is this book is a great example of why creator owned books should have a strong stable and one where the creative team doesn't change too much.  The art change from Charlie Adlard and Cliff Rathburn throws off the visual tones and narration of the book.  The character designs are so different it takes extra time to reestablish who is who and that hurts the book, may be why Simon Peg in the afterwords tells us "go back to the beginning, take...
