    The Walking Dead Issue #19 Review

    Lots of action in this issue. To open up the 4th volume, we get introduced to a new character. Is she friend...or foe? Otis returns to the prison. Dexter wants Rick to move out, but unfortunately left Block A open and the zombies were let out. Rick defies his "you kill, you die" rule.

    Very interested to see how the new character will act around the survivors.
