Well, in my less than humble opinion, the cover to issue # 51 is kind of bland. At least for this series it is. Not bad mind you, but for the series, it is very run of the mill. Maybe they wanted it that way so it was even keel with what goes on inside the book.
What goes on inside the book? Well it is bascically Rick doing an act from the Twilight Zone episode called, "Soory Wrong Number" . To tell the truth, I liked it better as a TV show.
almost as if Kirkland wrote himself into a corner, he trying to get himself out of. Well, let's get back to the survivors then. If you can't think of anything better to do with Rick, let's find out where everyone else went to.
I do like how the kid is being handled though. He is becoming more and more desensitized to the horrors of what is around him.
Well, this issue is just average.
