If you have been reading Walking Dead for the last 5 issues or so, you know that this issue and last issue has been a long time coming. True to Robert Kirkman's own words, everything is different now.
I don't want to spoil this issue but suffice to say, several characters are dispatched (not including last issue's graphically violent dispatching.) This is almost commonplace in this series but I dare you to read through this entire issue and at the end of it, not say "I can't believe they did that!"
If you like stories about survival, zombies, the human condition, gore, hell, just storytelling in general, you owe it to yourself to start reading this comic. I would guess the next issue would be a good starting point for anyone unfamiliar with it. Start picking this up immediately!

I was one of the lucky ones to pick up and instantly get hooked on this absolutely crack like comic book. So at this point I know that I should not get used to anything or anyone in it, but I do not care who you are or how many of our favorite four color 22 page graphic periodicals you have found yourself immersed in. This particular one will turn you on your head and shake you until the change falls out of your pocket. My first thought when I read this was "No way he did that" , then I had to read it again and I thought, "where the hell does he go from here?" Seriously, some books say that a change is in the wind, but you know in a few months every thing will be back to normal. Since he has never cheated us with a dream death, or a character brought back to "real" life. This book really does change EVERYTHING!!!
