The Premise
Four continental blocks assembled, each represented by a team of 6 chosen from among its own master criminals to determine by competition the Underworld Olympic Champions for 1976. Four unmarked envelopes, containing four different assignments, all designed to test the competing teams ability in crime were then divvied up among the teams.
The Teams
The South American Team, adorned in traditional costumes and armed with regional weaponry.
The European Team consisted of Team Leader Paolo from Italy, Cobb from the UK, Helmut from Germany, and Boris from the USSR.
The Afro-Asian Bloc had Calabar of Nigeria, Hartley, Quong of China and Amba Kadiri “The Scourge of Bombay.”
The North American team was made up of Joey One-Eye, Gopher, Duke and two unnamed men.
The Competition
Event 1- The South American Team
Phase 1 Kill J.P. Vandermeer and make it look like an accident
Phase 2 Steal the body from the morgue
Phase 3 Bury the body beneath a stone obelisk in Robinson Park
Event 2- The European Team
Phase 1 Steal a historic cannon
Phase 2 Disassemble and convert the cannon
Phase 3 Firing the cannon to create a distraction while completing a bank robbery.
Event 3- The Afro-Asian Bloc - the treasure hunt
Phase 1 Decipher the first clue from an ancient riddle in the Gotham Library
Phase 2 Decipher the second clue from the Gotham Aquarium
Phase 3 Obtain the treasure
Event 4- The North American Team
Phase 1 Steal the key to Gotham City, a soccer ball, and a plaque from a vintage fire engine.
Phase 2 Hijack a ferry
Phase 3 Blow up the items and the ferry at precisely midnight
