Sadly im not a fan of this issue and idont think it should of started of Nation X, in my opinion this issue deals mostly with fall out from Utopia so this issue is a kind of epilogue.

    The art,

im getting tired of Greg Lands art style now, as readers we got a break for a while during utopia with Dodson and Ross, i personally was hoping that Dodson would stay with the book.  My main problem with the style is that the characters seem a little off take Psylocke for instance, her scene with Dr. Takiguchi Betsy just looks weird theres no better way to say it really she just looks strange, this may just be me though. There is a panel i did like though and that was on the last page, i just think that this character looks awsome and just very very powerfull.  All I can say about the art is when will we get a new artist becauswe this is getting old now we need somebody who can actually draw and not just copy and paste things (sorry Greg Land, just my opinion)

    The story,

like i said in the opening, this seems to me to be an epilogue or just a stand alone issue and shouldnt have been included in the Nation X stuff. The only reason i say this is because not much really happens here heres a break down of the issue:

    - We're introduced to more people behind the preditor beast wee saw in messiah complex
    - there is an ok fight scene but nothing great really
    - somebody dies on Utopia and the team need to figue out what to do with this person
    - A meeting happens between the real heads of Utopia (Cyclops, Storm, Emma, Namor, Beast, Iceman, and Prof. X)
    - Cyclops goes to the main land against Prof. X advice
    - Emma and Danger go back to Graymalkin to move the prisoners to Utopia
    - Cyclops meets with the mayor to discuss what Utopia is
    - A Funeral takes place
    - Scott and Emma argue, just before were introduced to a the last page character

so all in all nothing much happens and to say its meant to be kicking of a new 8 part story arc i would of thought it would of had a big whoa moment in it but sadly it didnt unless you count the last page but still there i think that falls flat.  i guess i just think they should of dealt with the void thing and Emma before moving on to the next big thing.

so yeah i think its around a 3 out of 5 pushing 4
