Storm, Psylocke, Rogue, and Dazzler go to the Beverley Hill's Mall, and encounter a mutant with the power to make "puffs" like fireworks, named Jubilation Lee. The x-women save her from being captured by the M-squad, who were hired to capture Jubilation, because of her cunning ways of living in the mall. Nevertheless, she was saved from the M-squad and left with x-ladies.

OMG this issue is one of my favs! I mean ya it's the first appearance of Jubilee, but there is so much action and fun in this issue! Yeah Jubilee first appears in this issue, shown as a mutant living in a mall with no parents, a mutant who has the power to make "fireworks" ....... Okay livin in the mall seems pretty cool! but soon it aint too easy for her...... for the M SQUAD comes! but luckily, Rogue Dazzler, Storm, and psylocke pay a visit to the mall... and overall help save Jubilee!!!
This issue took FOREVER to find, but honestly it was worth the excitement! IF u love adventures in comics, get this issue !!!
