A Fitting End, If A Bit Rushed 0

The Uncanny X-Men #538 - Breaking Point, Part 4 by djotaku on June 28, 2011

I don't know how much time has passed in Marvel - probably a year or so, but in the real world, Kitty has been intangible since 2004.  Will she finally be cured?  This issue gives the answer as well as, hopefully, solving the Breakworld issue once and for all.  Of course, since Astonishing is a bit behind the other X-books, Kitty will be intangible there no matter what happens in this issue.  Since this issue is the final battle and resolution, there isn't a way to mention too much without it be...

The Uncanny X-Men #538 - Breaking Point, Part 4 by mrunknown on June 16, 2011

...d menace us all in our sleep."   This issue was actually a bit underwhelming compared to the previous ones. After everything that happened last issue, it seemed as if Powerlord Kruun was going to pose as a serious challenge to the X-men. All that we got, however, is a fight with Wolverine that ends too quickly. Then, the X-men reservoir unit arrives and the fight is over before it starts.  This issue somewhat requires having read Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-men run or otherwise parts of it ...
