Was Emma having her period or something?

Story: The story starts off with our second new mutant. He was just about to start his new life at college but then something stragne happens. So Psylocke and Cecilia Reyes show up to help. Emma and Tony Stark are eating together and they are both being very flirty with each other. Emma goes to the Brig. Emma gets into a fight with Danger and is told that Peter and Kitty wanted to see her. Psylocke and Cecilia are trying to get a hold on the boy but then something very strange happens. He vanishes. Scott and Logan are at a bar together. Logan is in heavy grieving over Nightcrawler. He finally gets to deal with his sorow but Scott is not showing anything. Emma shows up at Sickbay and is very nasty to Peter and Kitty. Peter wants Emma to try and have him and Kitty communicate. She does it and Kitty sends him a message that she loves him.  Hope shows up and enters the boys psyche to try and find him. Emma is eating sushi with Namor, of all things to eat with a man from under water, and she is acting very flirty with him. He tells her that he knows that she does not love Scott Summers. Hope finds him and brings him back to the real world and it appears he has aged.
Writing: I don't know what was up with Emma. She was very flirty, nasty, and just plain out bitchy in this issue. Matt Fraction did not write her character good at all in this issue. In fact it kind of lowered my opinion of his writing ability. Also Tony's character was different in this issue. In Invincible Iron Man he is still getting used to the idea of being back and he is still nervous and shakey, but in this issue he was flirting with Emma Frost. It just does not make sense to me. I did like Hope's role in this issue. That was the only thing I liked.
Characters: Like I said, Emma was written horribly in this issue. Tony's character is perceived so differently in this series then in his own. Also what was with Namor eating sushi?
Dialogue: The dialogue did not fit certain characters like Emma and Tony.

Art: Sketchy and all over the place.
Cover: I love Terry Dodson's art and I am so upset that he left the team for the art in the story.
Penciling: Whilce Portacio has got some issues. I don't like the way he draws his characters. Their eyes were so strange and everyone looked disoriented.
Coloring: It feels dark and just not good.

    My favorite scene!
I have to say beyond all of the garbage in this issue I did manage to find a seen I really liked. I loved when Logan started talkign about Kurt's death. I was glad that they didn't just push the issue off to the side and they had someone dealing with it and I was glad it was Logan because of their friendship.

Reasons to and not to pick up.
    Reasons to pick up:
Hope did a good job in this issue. I can see that she really is the messiah for the mutants. Logan's grieving process for Kurt's death was great in this issue.
Reasons not to pick up: The art is terrible. I do not like it. The perception of certain characters in this issue mainly Tony and Emma was just totally off and wrong.
Verdict: DO NOT PICK UP!!! 2 OUT OF 5!!!

Emma being a bit too Flirty 0

Cover The cover is okay but, not that great but, better than the art inside the issue. Story Another new mutant is found and he is going crazy during a test and Psylocke and Dr. Reyes know he is turning into a mutant. Emma is having lunch with Tony and Tony tells Emma that they should share all of their secrets. They say this in a flirty way. After Emma’s lunch with Tony she must go to the sick bay to help Peter and Kitty. The boy turning into a mutant is still changing and changing so much th...

      Namor Loves His Blondes 0

Not a lot of action in this issue except for a mutant from Mexico City giving Psylocke, Dr. Reyes, and Hope a little trouble. This issue is devoted to analyzing the post Second Coming world, and the role Scott Summers will play when out of his element in peacetime. Wolverine questions the latter in a manner indicating concern, while Namor does so in an attempt at getting into bed with Emma Frost. Another variable that will no doubt play a large role in the future is Emma's secret prisoner, Sebas...
