In This issue we find Nick Fury has hired both Bruce Wayne and Hank Pym to work on creating superheroes. Tension is created when Hank Pym is put in charge and Bruce Banner will not stop focusing on the Super Soldier Serum that made him the Hulk in the first place. Tony Stark agrees to be a part of the team, but as a partner to Nick Fury and Shield.
This issue is almost as good as the first. The story telling is exciting , even though the violence is kept to a dull roar. This issue helps to prove that the Ultimates are the crown jewel of the Ultimate line.
