Ultimate Loeb
I love Jeph Loeb's writing...he is great...and Joe Madureira's art was really beautiful. The Ultimate's are having a hard time coping with whatever has occured in between when we last saw them.
I don't want to give spoilers because no one else has soooo...I will do what I can. Someone does die...not saying who and it is already mentioned in the summary above. It was a cool death and should be a spark for a war and possibly some major hero fights.
The Ultimate Venom...don't know if it is the same one from Ultimate Spider-Man or not...maybe a spawn off the costume...but he gave them all a run for their money. Black Panther was cool looking...but that is all we saw of him.
Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's relationship gets weirder and someone now has a sex tape out...which I thought was super realistic...and pretty graphic for a non mature book.
Overall...I love the new direction. :-) Good job.
