    In This issue Americas enemies make their move, and the real traitior to the Ultimates is revealed. With the codes they managed to steal from Hawkeye, the bad guys managed to bring the S.H.I.E.L.D helicarrier out of the sky. They also take over all the major American cities in less than an hour. 
      This was cool to see, I think it is a " because the writer said so issue. One that would never hold to any kind of critical thought. Or any kind of acceptance of the rules of the Ultimate Universe that was already laid before us.  Having said that, it reads like an action movie watches. Although, I did not like that you had to leave your brain at the door.

      The title is basically how this issue goes. Everyone gets a page or two to contemplate Captain America being imprisoned, we don't even get to see the guy and hear how he feels about being considered the traitor.Instead, all of America's enemies attack as one to curb the overreaching government, but they go a little overkill and take over the entire country in the span of an hour.
