  As the issue opens we find Tony Stark underwater and helping Captain Britain with something ( I am not sure what it was ). Wanda and Pietro are having an incestial vacation. Nick Fury calls them and all of the Ultimates in so they can discuss the now outed and reviled Bruce Banner.  
   This issue belongs to Mark Millar, it's the dialogue that makes this book as interesting, the real money maker. From the conversations on what to do about the Hulk,  Thor possibly being crazy, or even the worries that the old team could be phased out for a new one3. This ends up being a really solid book.

As stated in the title, everything about this issue is fantastic, except the cover. I just really hate it. It looks cheap, and the effect of it doesn't make very much sense. Is it showing how both Banner and Thor are mistrusted by Shield, or is it just there to accentuate the fact that they are the main characters of this book? Or does it just look cool?Anyway, dialogue is still fantastic, and the development regarding the Hulk is amazing. I happen to love the New World Order vibe that the Ultim...
