Swindle, Motormaster, and Laserbeak present Cyclonus with an ultimatum: Galvatron's rage must be tempered or the Decepticons will revolt. Seeing an opportunity to remove a wildcard from the equation, a crafty Quintesson tells Cyclonus of a planet called Torgulon, where mentally unstable individuals may go for treatment. Now Cyclonus must somehow trick his leader into travelling to this planet.
