On their day off, the Tick and Arthur go to Dinosaur Grotto to take a tour of an excavation. Their guide, Dinosaur Neil, takes them to his tent where he displays his experiment in growing dinosaur tissue. He accidentally eats that tissue. The heroes leave and prepare a dinner for Arthur's jaded sister Dot. Dinosaur Neil grows into a dinosaur

At the dinner, the Tick watches the news chronicle the destruction Dinosaur Neil is causing downtown. He has to fight the urge to save the City and stay with Arthur and Dot. Arthur finally caves and he and the Tick ditch Dot to save the City.

Arther figures that a giant aspirin will save Dinosaur Neil. They get a big prescription and the Tick enters Dinosaur Neil's mouth to administer the medicine. After a rough battle with a tongue, the Tick hurls the pill down the throat and hops out. Dinosaur Neil regains his human form and joins the heroes at dinner with Dot.
