The Thousand

Origin:

   Carl King was a high school student who bullied Peter Parker. Upon seeing Peter Parker's transformation into Spider-Man, he decided to eat the radioactive spider to gain the same powers. The radioactive spider multiplied into a thousand spiders and ate him from the inside out. Carl didn't die; instead, his consciousness was spread into the swarm of spiders. He then became The Thousand, a sentient swarm of spiders. He was defeated by Spider-Man, but one spider survived the experience.  He could have escaped, if not for the misstep of a passerby who stepped on the spider. Whether or not he survived is yet to be seen.

Powers & Abilities: 

  The Thousand has powers and abilities similar to the villianess, Miss Arrow. He can become any person he wants to by eating that person from the inside out and taking on their skin. Since he can change bodies at any time, his height, weight, and other physical features are all variable. The Thousand has all the powers and abilities of Spider-Man, even while in a host's skin. His consciousness is spread throughout the swarm, so if one spider out of The Thousand's swarm survives, he can survive and multiply.
