The Think Tank consisted of seven of the countries most imaginative minds in their own field. After the events of 9/11, the government wanted to be prepared for any possible attacks against the country. The Think Tank came up with different possible scenarios including possible conspiracies among different governments that would add fuel to the different wars.
After a short while, government funding for the group ran out. The Think Tank had to disband.
