Look at The Many-Angled Ones in this picture, they are all nearly identical to him, there is no way that that can be a coincidence. The Many-Angled Ones must have some connection to Shuma-Gorath (children perhaps?) and Shuma, well, I don't think he would pass up the opportunity to get his grubby little tentacles on an immeasurably large amount of real estate (The Cancerverse) where he can expand his power, diabolical operations and realm of influence by a trillionfold or more.
