M.C. Zed and Beater, two ultras that were bestowed their powers due to the Jumpstart, kidnap the child of a former basketball player, Missile Monroe. They are working for Monroe's own brother. They make plans to meet so Missile could pay the ransom. Zip Zap of the Strangers, having met Missile the same day he found out about the kidnapping, decides to assist and goes to the ransom spot to help save the day. Zip Zap is able to defeat M.C. Zed and Beater and Missile's son is safe.
