    Josue Justiniano is a penciller and  inker, he has done work for DC Comics, Marvel and Chaos Comics. He lives and works in Connecticut.

    On May 10, 2011, Justiniano has been arrested in Connecticut on charges of  first-degree possession of child pornography. The Connecticut Post reports that Justiniano, real name Josue Rivera, was caught with a thumb drive that contained 33 images of child porn. Apparently, Rivera had given the drive to the Luz de Paz funeral home employee for use in an upcoming funeral, intended to hold pictures of the deceased.  The funeral home employee looked at the files on the drive and found number of images of child pornography  The funeral home employee reported the incident to the police, where police examined the thumb drive and found 33 files of child pornography including the photograph of one young girl who police said appears to be the defendant's niece. Rivera's home computer was then taken by police where they reportedly discovered over 100 images and 3 videos containing child pornography. He was scheduled to appear at Wizard's Big Apple Comic-Con Spring Edition May 21-22, 2011.
