Not much is know about The Sliver Streak ,other then he was cab man who was transformed by unnamed swami who also was promoting a race car name The Sliver Streak own by Bernhard the owner of a racing team , who driver kept getting killed by by gaint insects know as Sicced created by a unkow man know as Doc. So Bernhard hypnootized the taix driver into taking the job and the driver got killed just like the rest .This seems to have gotten the swami's goat worse than the others,because the swami used used his mystical powers to bring that one,unlike his earlier employees back to life.Inhis new life ,the former driver to have super speed and flight as well other powers
