Plot Summary

Lucifer and Rachel reach Tsoodzil, finding to both of their surprise (and Lucifer's chagrin) that Rachel is to be their spirit guide through the four worlds. Their strange spiritual pilgrimage takes them to the pitch black First World where the voiceless gods have woven their wish granting velleity out of their own shapeless bodies. The finale demonstrates Lucifer's brilliant cunning and deceit as he uses Rachel to destroy the velleity before she has a chance to wish her brother back to life.

Although some of the stuff remains a little confusing, as an overall ending to this miniseries, the ending was...spectacular...couldn't have thought of a better one myself. All in all, the main thing this series did for me is explained to me Rachel's history a bit more as I never understood who she was but the mythologies in this series were a little...confusing, and hard to understand. Other than that I found it good, especially Lucifer's role, it only serves to prove why he's my favorite character, I mean, his cruelty knows no bounds and the way he used Rachel like that, just awesome! Seriously this is just a great series, and I advise all (mature readers) to read it and I don't even think you need The Sandman to enjoy it, its a good stand-a-lone series but at the same time if you want to read Lucifer, you need to read this first.
