Plot Summary

The government of the United Republics of the Red Star throws in another mysterious player. Imbohl's story continues and we see the frightening beginning of the use of human souls as "Post Human Energy" for magical weapons. In Maya's story of the crew of the Konstantinov's first mission, she encounters a being who knows far too much about her, and Kyuzo encounters a gun who likes him as well. In the present, Kyuzo emerges victorious.
