Plot Summary
The Punisher is about to do what he does best to group of drug dealers just as the NYPD kicks down the door and arrests the criminals. The Punisher is surprised and contemplated how they got their before him and while doing so notices one of the detectives grab some of the narcotics and hid them in his coat. Frank decides to follow the two detectives in charge of the bust and finds out their names are Mike Pearse and Andy Seifert. The more he follows them the more the Punisher is tempted to kill them. He finds Pearse beats his wife and has to stop him after his wife left him from hurting her anymore. Frank finds that Andy is indebted to the mob and selling drugs to pay off his debt. The Punisher stops Andy from aquiring more narcotics which leads to his partner Mike finding out about him being indebted to the mob. Mike tries to help his partner out by using his life savings to pay down Andy's debt. The plan fails though and Mike and Andy end up killing the mobsters Andy owes money to but end up getting killed as well.
