The Punisher is barely alive after his fight to the death with the Vulture. Bleeding, broken limbs, damaged eye, he can't even stand without assistance. Norah Winters encounters Frank after the fight and is shocked that he is still alive. Meanwhile, Oscar Clemons is not happy about the Punisher's activities and views it as his duty to put him behind bars, and Walter Bolt is not thrilled about his partners' view of the Punisher.

Some people seem to be criticizing that there's not as much of Frank as they would like, but I think it's setting the tone for the series and there's plenty of time for him to be more prominent. Personally I like the new characters so far and have faith that Rucka will develop them further. Can't wait to see more!...
