    Overview

    After his family is murdered by the serial killer Kron Stone, Jake Gallows is outraged when Kron is set free with little more then a slap on the wrist due to his social status. Jake is disillusioned by the legal system of his era and then uses the War Journal of Frank Castle as his inspiration, taking up the mantle of The Punisher.

    Flawed but fun 90s read. 0

    The first issue of Punisher 2099 can be called a mess by a lot of people. It has pacing problems (huge ones), the art can be a bit to 90s and etc. Still if you can overlook all these issues, at heart this is a good 90s comic book. It is really only good if you do not take it too seriously. Punisher 2099 is basicly the comic book equivalent of watching a 90s Schwarzenegger movie. If you can overlook the cheesyness and some flaws it can be a quite fun ride. ...
