Frank Castle is trapped in a nuclear missile silo in Sudhek, Russia. He's undertaken a mission for Nick Fury to preserve a sample of a lethal biological agent and safely transport it to an extraction point. What he didn't know going in was that the biological weapon was in the bloodstream of a six-year-old girl. To further complicate matters, a Russian military unit has arrived on the scene and are determined to flush him out.
