Plot Summary
"America is run by racists" that's one of the opening one-liners of this issue as Max Keane is in some kind of a "desperation" rush to find Senator Joe, the most powerful weapon the americans built during the Cold War. Which now happens to have reunited with his people again, listening to their speeches and feelings: they want revenge on the white folks that built this nation on ideals such as "change and equality". But, will the russian dolls care about internal struggles going on the USA?
Meanwhile, Stella, an agent of the CIA unit that discovered Max, misteriously breaks into the scene and tells professor Hinks to stall Max's impending reprogramming d
ue to his failure to live up to the expectations of the American government. Will Max Keane, a musician with a fractured memory that recently discovered his potential, succumb before a government-rigged brain-wash? By Milligan and Smith.
