    Hiya all! I'm writing up a comic which is made up of original characters and several public domain characters such as The Clock, Pyroman, 13 etc.
     
    I was just wondering if the Phantom is in the public domain?

    I don't think so. If I am right license has to be obtained from with king features syndicate...
