    Forever Evil Blight :Part 7-Seize the Fire

    After the events of last issue we see that the JLD are finally coming together as a time but what else is in shadows that they are not expecting and what will Phantom Stranger do in all of this...

    GOOD:

    One of the things that made me enjoy this event is the writing and the art of the crossover .I enjoy the art of Blanco in this issue got a lot better from the last time we saw this series in this crossover which is a plus for the crossover.The other thing that I really enjoy in this issue is the writing of one of my favorite writer at DC right now. DeMatteis is killing it on Phantom Stranger since he came on and I have to say it is an improvement from the last person on it.DeMatteis has a great way of writing character and Phantom Stranger and the other people in this issue.

    The plot is getting thicker and we see that there are other forces other then Blight working on the magic side of the DCU and there not friendly at all.We also see Phantom Stranger try and talk things out with Chris/Blight which was really good.

    BAD:

    There is nothing wrong with this issue .

    Overall:

    I have a feeling the this crossover is going to get better from now on since last part which is a good thing to have with the many issues we have a head of us.All I can say is pick this up if you can.The next part of this crossover is CONSTANTINE #10 hope to read it soon ; )

      The Blight crossover continues with this issue as more of a focus is presented on the Phantom Stranger and his interaction with Blight. The Good:Dematteis really zeroes in on the inner thoughts of the Stranger in this issue. He's done a fantastic job of it since he took over this series so it doesn't come as a huge surprise. His personal rivalry with Blight is also magnified by the fact that his friend Chris has been possessed by the demonic entity. We also see the Presence return this issue an...
