The Chapbook originally came with the first plus issue of the volume: The Phantom Chronicles. This is a very rare 6" x 9" color cover saddle-stiched book that shows the art that was not used for the Chronicles earlier. It also features insights and liner notes from artist Rubén Procopio. The interiors of the chapbook are black and white on manilla stock, 28pgs.
These came out in a very limited numbers. They were also sold by Moonstone separately for a short period.
