The Observer is a character in the Fringe (TV Series) Universe. He is any one among many, all known as observers, who view momentous events in history. Notably, they are bald, have no eyebrows, and wear dated clothes in the modern world.

They exist outside of time allowing them to see the possible outcomes of any situation. They appear to read minds with their ability to say whatever an individual is saying as it is being said. However, this ability is probably linked with their future sight, not necessarily telepathy.
