The Keebler Company presents DC Comics' The New Teen Titans is in cooperation with The President's Drug Awareness Campaign. Speedy and the Titans explore Drug addiction. Part of the Drug awareness campaign. Originally a promotional comic, but was so popular it became a fund raiser issue (the issue with the price and the black box at the bottom).

Starfire's costume was altered and Robin (Dick Grayson) was replaced by The Protector because of license issues.

Real story.  I was cleaning up my room and looking in my long boxes to see what I wanted to keep and what I wanted to get rid of.  I love my comics, but some of them I know I will never read again.  When digging around I found my Public Service Announcement comics, and if you follow my review (I am grateful if you do), you may have noticed I did a few PSA reviews already.  I held off doing this one because this one means a lot to me.  The Marv Wolfman and George Perez's The New Teen Titans were ...
