It is revealed that Sunburst is being blackmailed to commit crimes. Meanwhile, Superboy is recalling his recent defeat by Sunburst. Jonathan and Martha Kent are in Smallville discussing Johnathan’s bid for city council with Mal Davis. Superboy reveals that Sunburst informed him his parents are being held by criminals.
