    Through the dead zone

This three part story arc comes to a close here, but without really a conclusion that seems realistic. After Dove and Gail get married, Dove get stuck behind enemy lines after his helicopter crashes. He pushes on because of his love for his new wife (granted their wedding is not official) but he is horrified to find out what has happened once he manage to fight his way back to safety. The entire story is a nice one, it makes one believe that there is more to war than just killing and that love can come in the weirdest of places and when least expected, but at that it seems even a bit too far fetched in this case. It is still a well told story and captures the horrors of war with its smaller nuances, but really this is not a story arc that the series will be remembered for.
