    "Making the Metropolitan," Part 3 of 3. Lost Angel was once a friendly neighborhood super-hero. Now he's just lost, raging and psychotic, twisted into something terrible to suit the plans of Jackson King. He's also the newest member of the Monarchy. The question is: Why? Plus, we visit with an old friend from StormWatch, with whom Condition Red visits to tie up loose ends.
