Mask of Tengu returns...as Mask of Tengu II

Mask of Tengu II has written 5 reviews. His/her last review was for Blue & Gold.

This is my first review with my new name...same guy different costume.

Anyways this issue was mediocre to me at best. Why can't this book and New Avengers be as good as Thunderbolts. Things start to come together, but as a reader of New Avengers and other Marvel books I already know the outcome. I know the outcome of the symbiote presence in New York and the meeting with Tony Stark and Spider Woman. Overall I wish Marvel would get their shipping together or books with tie ins more in line...they are as bad as DC with Countdown.

My other peeve is WHEN WILL BENDIS LET THE INNER MONOLOGUE GO AWAY! Their is nothing wrong with it per se, but it is annoying as all hell and really stupid...Ex; Wonder Man does a toast and he thinks in his head "Worst Times" and then he says it outloud "worst times". Why the double junk? AND we have characters like Wasp who sit there and think things like asshole and bitch the whole time...when it could be expressed by facial art. ARGHH! Oh well...at least the book did not suck and the art rocked.
