The Marvelous Land of Oz - Part 2.

I love this artwork. It's the sort of illustrations that I could sit and look at all day and not become bored of it. I haven't had a chance to read Frank L. Baum's Oz books, so being able to read the comic to understand the story is a definite plus. In this issue we are introduced to new characters - and old ones. Tip and Scarecrow meet a deaf donkey, so they set about making ears for him. After this Scarecrow sets off to the Emerald City where he meets Scarecrow, the King of Oz (is this a spoiler? I don't believe it is due to the cover). After a few misunderstanding everyone's happy. The story, of course, is easily aimed at younger reader's but all generations will appreciate the artwork (yes I'm off again).

Artwork: 6/5. Yes it's just that awesome.
