Location that appears in the world of Turok, Dinosaur Hunter (Valiant Comics). The Lost Land is sealed off from time and inhabited by a myriad of creatures including technologically enhanced dinosaurs (bionisaurs) and other monsters. Turok Son Of Stone (Dell, Gold Key, Whitman) called it "Lost Valley".
Appearance
The Lost Land usually appears as a lush and thick jungle or tropical forest. The Lost Land contains a myriad of different environment ranging from mountain ranges and underground caves to plains and highlands.
Creatures
The Lost Land is home to a plethora of creatures ranging from average, yet primitive, humans to all sorts of monsters as well as everything in between. One of the most common group of creatures whose home is the lost land are all different varieties of dinosaurs that include Raptors, T-Rexs, and many others. Many of the creatures in the lost land have been genetically of technologically enhanced to increase their ferocity and killing ability.
Mothergod
The cosmic being Mothergod is responsible for the technological and genetic upgrades made to the beings of the lost land.
Turok
Turok has had many ventures in The Lost Land battling it's monsters as well as the Mothergod.
