Exciting concept, but delivery's a little slow

This inaugural issue starts off somewhat confusing. Most of it is dialogue to fill you in on what has already happened (where the other Greats are, etc.). This bogs down the delivery a little bit, but we do get a peek at the power of the Greats. The ending has a nice twist that reinforces the concept. It's based on the concept that I give it a four, otherwise it would be a three.
